Regarding Delivery Service During Restricted Movement Order

Dear sparkling customers,

As you may have heard, the Malaysian government has imposed a movement control from 18th - 31st March 2020 in order to curb the increasing case of coronavirus (Covid-19) from spreading. Therefore, SodaXpress will be working remotely from home.

Our e-commerce platforms are operating as usual, and orders will be processed as usual. However, do note that we are also expecting delays on deliveries during these periods.

For 1-to-1 exchange refilled cylinder orders: We will process your order as usual. Delivery date will remain within 2-5 business days, or extend up to 7 business days depending on our order volume and/or further restrictions by the Malaysian government. - Delivery within Klang Valley only. 

**UPDATE** - Due to further restrictions by the Malaysian Government, we may face some difficulties and obstructions to deliver your order on time. Deliver may delay up to 7 days or more until further notice. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.

For Starter Kit, and other orders (that requires courier service delivery): Delivery may delay up to more than 7-14 business days. This includes our official Lazada and Shopee page. Rest assured, we will send email notifications if there are any changes on your delivery status.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. It is not possible to change address once the parcel has left the fulfillment center. For any changes, please inform us within 24 hours.
