SodaXpress Christmas Giveaway Terms and conditions

1. Route to entry are via Instagram only. Post your Sparkling Christmas Drink creation by tagging @sodaxpress with your Christmas wish caption, and following @sodaxpress Instagram profile.

2. The giveaway is limited to the first 20 participants only. Only one (1) giveaway prize is given to each participant.

3. Closing date for entry - 31st December 2022.

4. The winner will be notified by WhatsApp/SMS text message on first week of January 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. The data collected is for research purposes ONLY and will not be disclosed to any party in order to protect the privacy of participants.

6. SodaXpress reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by SodaXpress.
