1. How do I collect my order?

Select self pick up during check out.

After your order is complete, send us a WhatsApp message at +6018 280 9600 with the details below.

  1. Name
  2. Order no.
  3. Preferred collection schedule (to schedule, please check the operation hours.)
Operation hours: Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
10AM to 5PM (Lunch break: 12.30PM to 2PM)

 

2. Are there any other locations for self-collection?

Currently, only the listed collection location mentioned above is available.

 

3. Can I pay with cash instead?

Online orders are required to be paid for directly within the online store. If you prefer to pay with cash, please contact our customer support team directly.

 

4. Can I arrange my own delivery from your location?

Yes, you can. Please provide your details (refer no.1) to arrange your own delivery and keep us updated on the delivery status. Kindly note that the cost of self-delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
