Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly pressed Asian pear juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup/sugar

  • 3/4 cups honey

  • 1 (4 inch) sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into coins
  • SodaXpress sparkling water

  • Ice cubes                                                                                                          

    How to mix:

  1. Combine pear juice, lemon juice, sugar, rosemary and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil , then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

  2. Remove from heat and let it sit for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer and discard the solids. Let syrup cool completely. 
  3. To serve, fill an 8 ounce of glass halfway with ice cubes, add 3 tablespoon of syrup. Fill the glass with sparkling water and stir. Add syrup for sweeter or stronger flavors.
