Orders and Shipping Info

1. How long will it take to ship my order?

Item is shipped from Selangor, Malaysia. Typically, delivery may reach the customer up to three (3) business days.

Please note, due to courier regulations, delivery to East Malaysia and International is not available

 

2. What are the shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for orders over RM200, while a flat fee of RM8 applies to orders below RM200.

 

3. How to track my order?

Once you've placed your order, tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is prepared for shipment. If your tracking number isn't updating immediately, please be patient; it may take up to 24 to 48 hours for your shipment status to register.

If you haven't received your tracking information, please take a moment to check your spam folder.

4. How to track my 1-to-1 exchange refill cylinder?

Your refill cylinder order will be managed by a third-party runner, who will schedule deliveries based on their route. The runner will reach out to you in advance to arrange the delivery. Please make sure to provide your contact information when placing your order and have your empty cylinders prepared for collection.

 

5. Processing orders

Orders received will be processed and shipped every business day before 12PM. Any orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

6. Why is my order shown as fulfilled?

When an item is labeled as 'fulfilled,' it means that your order has been packaged and is prepared for shipping. You will receive tracking information for 'fulfilled' orders sent to your email address.

 

7. Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely, you can collect your order from the location below.
