UPDATE: Enhance Movement Control Order (EMCO)
Following the latest developments in the fight against the Covid-19 Pandemic in Malaysia, the government has announced a Enhanced Movement Control Order (MCO) upon the states of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor from 3rd-16th July 2021.
1. Order Processing Updates (EMCO)
Orders are processed as usual and shipped from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Our standard processing time is within 1-3 business days. All orders are handed to carriers each business days. Your order will be labelled as ‘fulfilled’ once our fulfilment centre has pack and handed your order to courier service.
You will get your tracking information via email once your order is ready to ship. Once order has left our premise, it will be beyond our control.
2. Delivery Processing Updates (MCO)
Due to the Movement Control Order, we cannot guarantee delivery will be made within the standard time arrival (ETA). Deliveries are likely to experience delays due to possible increasing volume of parcels, and other unforeseen circumstance which may have caused due to the restrictions of EMCO.
1-TO-1 EXCHANGE REFILLED CYLINDER
We will process your order as usual and hand over to our 3rd party runner for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Deliveries are likely to experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances and/or restrictions during EMCO such as heavy roadblocks and confined housing areas. Our delivery partner will contact you for delivery arrangement at your most convenience. We highly recommend contactless method upon 1-to-1 exchange.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within West Malaysia only.
1-to-1 Exchange Refilled Cylinder ships within Klang Valley only.
4. Shipping Fee
Free shipping for orders RM200 and above.
RM8 flat shipping fee for all orders below RM200.
5. Shipment Tracking
Copy the tracking number sent to your inbox, check your tracking status here: https://abxexpress.com.my/Home/Tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to be displayed in the website.
6. Shipping Policy & Disclaimer
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the 3rd party courier service hub. Once package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control.
Please contact the courier’s customer service for updates on the tracking status.
7. Fulfilled Order
Item marked ‘fulfilled’ means your order has been packed and ready to ship. ‘Fulfilled’ orders will receive tracking information sent to your inbox.
8. Exchange and Refund Policy
Message us by email, or WhatsApp within 3 business days of receiving your order number and reason you would like to exchange your order.
Exchange can only be made if item inside is damaged – caused by manufacturing defects, and caused by courier during transit.
