1. How long will it take to ship my order?
Delivery within Klang Valley will take 2 - 5 business days, and 3 - 7 business days for outside of Klang Valley.
Due to courier regulations, delivery to East Malaysia and International are currently not available.

Delivery will take 2 - 3 business days within Klang Valley only.
2. What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for orders above RM200, and a flat rate of RM8 for orders below RM200.
3. How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address provided upon your placed order once the order is ready to ship. Please be patient if your tracking number isn't updating as it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to register your shipment status.
If you do not receive your tracking details, please check your 'junk mail'.

4. Why is my order shown as fulfilled?
Item marked ‘fulfilled’ means your order has been packed and ready to ship. ‘Fulfilled’ orders will receive tracking information sent to your email address.
5. Exchange and Refund Policy
Message us by email or WhatsApp within 3 business days of receiving your order and reason you would like to exchange your order.
Exchange can only be made if item inside is damaged – caused by manufacturing defects, or caused by courier during transit.
