1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within West Malaysia as our product, the CO₂ gas cylinder, is classified as dangerous goods due to its compressed gas content. At this time, there are no available transportation options for shipping outside of West Malaysia.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders received before 12 PM on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are typically delivered within up to three (3) business days.

3. What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for orders over RM200. For orders below RM200, a flat shipping fee of RM8 applies.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. If the tracking number does not update immediately, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipment status to be registered.
If you haven't received your tracking details, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
You can track your parcel through the courier service provider’s website.

5. How can I track my 1-to-1 exchange refill cylinder?
Refill cylinder orders are handled by a third-party runner, who schedules deliveries based on their route. The runner will contact you in advance to arrange the delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, please provide accurate contact information when placing your order and have your empty cylinders ready for collection.
6. What is the delivery time for pre-order items?
Pre-ordered items typically ship within 14 to 30 days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information via email.
