Empty Cylinder Buy-Back Policy

At Sodaxpress, we offer a buy-back program for customers who no longer wish to keep their used or unused cylinders. This initiative allows us to reuse cylinders while providing a refund to customers based on the condition of the cylinders. Please review the following terms and conditions for our buy-back program:

Eligibility for Buy-Back: We accept cylinders for buy-back under the following circumstances:

Customers who are moving abroad and can no longer use or bring the cylinders with them.
Customers who have stopped using our sparkling water makers.
Customers who have extra cylinders and wish to sell some back to us.

Buy-Back Offer:

The refund amount for each cylinder ranges from RM15 to RM20, depending on its condition.
We accept both empty and unused cylinders for buy-back.
Our team reserves the right to inspect each cylinder and determine the final refund amount.
Cylinders in poor condition may be rejected at our discretion.

Process for Refund:

Customers may return their cylinders by visiting our HQ in Kota Damansara.
Alternatively, customers can ship the cylinders to our HQ at their own cost for inspection and refund processing.
If a cylinder is rejected, we will ship it back to the customer, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If the inspection is approved, we will ask for further details to initiate the refund process, which may take up to 7-14 business days.

Important Notes:

Sodaxpress reserves the right to modify or discontinue this buy-back policy without prior notice.
Refunds will be processed only after a thorough inspection of the returned cylinders.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their returned cylinders are securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
