Empty Cylinder Refund Policy

Empty cylinder can be refunded if you are relocating abroad, have too many empty cylinders, or no longer require the product.

Process for Returns:

  1. ContactĀ our customerĀ support teamĀ to initiate a return.
  2. Deliver your cylinder to SodaXpress main office below as directed for in-person drop-off or shipping.
  3. Our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for returns.
  4. Once approved, our team will initiate refund process to your bank account within 7-14 working days.

What is the amount of refund for each empty cylinder?

The amount of reimbursement could fluctuate based on the cylinder's condition. Reimbursement begins at RM10 for each empty cylinder.

However,Ā SodaXpressĀ reserve the right to reject any item that is in bad condition or does not meet our return policy criteria. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

I have a full cylinder, but I'm moving out of the country/no longer using the product. Can I get a refund for a full cylinder?

Yes you can. The process is the same as above.

I'm currently residing in East Malaysia, can I get a refund for empty cylinder?

Yes you can. The process is the same as above. Please note that we cannot refund the return shipping costs.
