Raspberry Cream Mimosa

Ingredients:
β’ 1 bag frozen raspberries
β’ 1/4 cup sugar
β’ 1 cup half and half cream
β’ 1L SodaXpress Sparkling Water
β’ Raspberries rolled in sugar for garnish, or just plain raspberries
2. nce they get soupy, add the sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. If it's not sweet, add a little more sugar to your liking. Some raspberries may be sweeter than others.
3. Puree the raspberries or blend them.
4. Pour them through a sieve to get rid of the seeds. Let the mixture cool.
5. When it's cool, add the cream and mix.
6. Keep it in a container and freeze for 4 hours or vernight.
7. To serve, spoon a bit of frozen raspberry cream into a glass, use tablespoon to scoop and fill the glass to your liking.

2. nce they get soupy, add the sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. If it's not sweet, add a little more sugar to your liking. Some raspberries may be sweeter than others.

4. Pour them through a sieve to get rid of the seeds. Let the mixture cool.
5. When it's cool, add the cream and mix.

Then pour sparkling water over to the top and drop in raspberry or two for garnish.
